Saturday 22 February 2014

Met my Nana and Grandad in McDonald’s, we meet most Saturday’s as they do their shopping in Tesco which is next door. I like a little hash brown, and I have tried a little of the pancake.

Lea, Luke, mummy and I went over to M Marina, it was dry and a bit sunny, but quite windy. We looked at all the boats, and I had my lunch, cod, vegetables and sweet potato in the coffee shop there.

We went home, and I played with my toys. I was teething, so a bit grumpy.

Sunday 23 February 2014

I had a very restless night with my tooth 🙁 I cried out a bit, and couldn’t really settle. I was awake at 5.45 and mummy popped me into bed with her, it was so snugly, and I relaxed and fell into a deeper sleep. I woke up at 8am! We picked MeeMee up and went to Tesco, with Lea too for breakfast, and mummy did some food shopping. We spent the day at home, I was tired and grumpy, but wouldn’t have a sleep. Mummy and Lea took me out in the car, and I still didn’t sleep! Everywhere closes in town on a Sunday and it was so cold so we didn’t go for a walk. Mummy parked at the Point, and we watched the big ferry boat. I didn’t sleep so we went home!
Monday 24 February 2014

I had a terrible night, I cried and cried. Mummy put me to bed at 7.30pm, I was so tired, and grumpy. Mummy gave me Calpol and put Bonjela on my gums. I woke up crying at 8.30pm and by 9pm mummy came upstairs with me, and lay me in bed with her. She stayed with me, because I kept crying and crying. I was in pain with my gums, and I had tummy pains, I have a very sensitive tummy, and I’d had toast, and a banana and some roast potatoes, all which, together seem to give me tummy pains, I think they block up my tummy a bit.

The sun was shining when I woke up, and once we were up and dressed, MeeMee arrived 😀 mummy and MeeMee went into town for a breakfast, and we walked along the pond, where there are lots of birds. There are lots of swans, which are beautiful. Mummy told MeeMee it is mating season, because all the boy swans had their wings all puffed out. I don’t know what mating season is, but they looked very grand. Mummy and MeeMee laughed and said it’s typical males. Not sure what a male is either!

It was very cold, but dry. When we got home, mummy’s canvas of me had arrived, and it is lovely, mummy was so pleased with it.

Later, we dropped MeeMee at Oz’s and met Nana and Grandad in Seaside Town, for coffee. We were going for a walk but it started raining.
I went to bed at 8pm, I was happy and having such a lovely time playing.

Tuesday 25 February 2014

I slept better, but was still a bit restless. Mummy went to work in the morning so I had a lovely time at home with Lea and Luke. Mummy came home to get us at 12.30 and got us and dropped the car to the garage to have its MOT, whatever that is. We walked into town, and had some lunch, I fell asleep on the way, very tired after playing all morning.

After lunch, we walked down by the pond again, the swans are really very majestic and beautiful at the moment. It was quite sunny but very cold. It had rained a bit too.
We had a long walk around and finally the car was ready. It cost mummy a lot of money, but she was happy that it was safe for us to be in. We went to MeeMee’s and Oz’s to where they were house sitting again. I like it there, there’s a really old, funny dog, and the house is really big and old too. Oz blew me my first bubbles, which I loved, I couldn’t grab them though, which made everyone laugh.
Wednesday 26 February 2014

I went with mummy to pick MeeMee up, as Oz had a University interview which, apparently is very important. MeeMee has one next week, I don’t know where University is, or why they need an interview, but they are talking about it all the time. We went for breakfast, because mummy needed cat food and some vegetables for me. The cat food wasn’t for me. Just the vegetables. We went home, and I was so very tired, but I would not sleep. Mummy tried me in my cot, and in the end, she put me in the car and we all went to get Nana, and then we went to Market Town for a look around. I had my lunch, salmon, vegetables, sweet potato and butternut squash, and mummy and Nana had coffee. MeeMee, Lea and Luke had chocolate milk. I was still hungry so mummy got a teacake.

It was very cold, but really bright and sunny, a lovely day. We had a walk and lots of fresh air.

We dropped Nana off and went home, I did lots of drawing, and played with my farm.
Thursday 27 February 2014

I slept a bit better, and had my breakfast. Luke played with me while mummy got dressed, and Lea, then we  picked up my cousin and went to Nana’s. After I’d had my lunch we went to Heathton, an activity centre where they have an indoor play place. It was my first time there, and it was very exciting. Lea and Luke took me into the ball pool. I loved it, and the car. I also loved standing at the activity table. Mummy is trying to get me to stand more.

Friday 28 February 2014

Mummy had to take the car back to the garage, so Lea, mummy and me were up early, and went into town for breakfast. We had a lovely walk around, and waited and waited for the car to be ready. It was very, very cold, but dry and sunny. We had to go for another coffee, and I eventually fell asleep. Mummy could tweet and write my blog post for me. Mummy picked the car up, and after my lunch, mummy and I went over to Seaside Village and met Nana, Grandad, cousin, and Aunty. We watched the sea for a while, it was very choppy, and was beautiful.

I had my tea, played, and had a bath. I had quite an early night as I was tired. Although we still have the weekend, I have had a lovely week with my family.
