My Project 365 post this week features my favourite biggest sister MeeMee, who leaves us next Monday for her new life at Bristol University.
We have had such great week together. On Sunday we went to Stackpole, we went with my Nana, Grandad, Aunty and Uncle.
Big sis and bro just can’t resist climbing this tree!
After Stackpole, we went to Oz’s parents for a lovely, yummy roast dinner as a last meal all together before they head off to Uni.
On Monday, we all met Nana and Grandad for morning coffee – they are going away tomorrow and won’t see MeeMee again before she goes.
MeeMee and Oz stayed at The Barns, Oz’s parents holiday cottages, because they are not let this week. We went over to see them on Tuesday, we all did our Ice Bucket Challenge – yes all of us, including me! It was a hot sunny afternoon, and the garden there is very sheltered and safe. We laughed and laughed and laughed!
Mummy and I went to have breakfast with them on Wednesday morning, and I stayed whilst mummy went to see a client. Oz set up the big Jenga wooden bars as dominoes, we had so much fun! I fell asleep in bed in between MeeMee and Oz!
When I woke up, mummy was back and we went to Oz’s house, then we went to pick up Lea and Luke from their first day back at school.
We all went back to the Barns for dinner, and we are outside, it was so lovely and warm. MeeMee gave mummy a Pandora charm and a letter she wrote for her. Mummy cried lots!
Thursday – This is the Pandora Charm, Mummy has wanted it for months, it reminds her of me.
Friday – we met MeeMee for breakfast, and she looked after me whilst Mummy saw a client. We spent all day with MeeMee, it is really starting to hit us how much we will miss her, and it will just be the four of us.
We went to our nearest big town, and had lots of fun (Mummy still got upset though!) choosing things for MeeMee. I pinched almost all of Mummy’s toastie!
We had the best week, spending as much time with MeeMee as possible.
