CBeebies Kazoops Music

I just love Kazoops on Cbeebies, and the adventures of Monty and his pet pig, Jimmy Jones. Have you seen it? The music is awesome and now 20 songs from this popular show have been released and are included in a first album, Just Imagine.

You can buy the album, each song, or stream the music online.

Since the launch of the series in July, the music in Kazoops has been inspiring children with its variety of genres and combination of guitars, ukuleles, drums, glockenspiels, retro synths, string vocals and more. The wonderful songs from each show capture the magic and imagination of children.

We have been listening to some of the music, and this is one of our favourites:

We love this one too:

Kazoops is all about Monty, a six-year-old boy who is very curious and challenges life’s questions both big and small with the help of his awesome imagination and his best friend, Jimmy Jones, the family pet pig. In each episode, the they enter make-believe worlds to challenge everyday ideas such as ‘Do things have to be the same all the time?’ or ‘Do all games really need rules?’

Monty is a bit older than me, but I love watching his adventures – and Mummy and I both love all the music in the shows. It is great that we can now buy them to listen to as well.

Have you seen show or heard the Kazoops music?

  4. I’ve never heard of this show, is it a new Cbeebies show? Sounds great though. You had me at ‘songs’! Haha. My little ones love songs. And I love kids tv shows that have sort of ‘morals’ of the story.

  7. I haven’t seen this, but it does look very cute, and sounds like it’s great for encouraging abstract thought. Thanks for the review!
