We have loved our many visits to Folly Farm this year as annual pass holders, and a very special visit was last week when we went to meet Santa….
There is so much to see and do this festive season, including:
The Jugglestruck Christmas Show – we absolutely love Luke and have been lucky enough to see his magic first hand at our table several times when he has been out and about in the park.
TOP TIP – If you see him in his suit and hat, ask him to show you a trick!
The Snow Globe – a gorgeous opportunity to have a family photo with a difference – with a princess and a snow machine inside a larger than life snow globe! It is only £4 to go into the snow globe to take some pretty magical photos.
Santa’s Grotto £8.50 (Cash Only at the grotto) – There is no need to book, just turn up and queue in a big barn which transports you to the North Pole with elves, snow, and a beautiful cabin which has the big man himself inside. The price includes a glass of warm mulled wine for the grown-ups, and Pickle had a super gift of a brick building box set. We were able to take our own photos and Santa was lovely.
Adopt a Reindeer – for a limited time only you can adopt a reindeer (details in the shop), or you can see real Reindeer in the Asian Adventure area. They are there all year, but are especially magical at this time of year! We were looking for Rudolph but didn’t see him!
Other activities include the Gingerbread Trail and prize card hunts.
You can still visit Santa at Folly Farm on:
14-15 December 10.00am – 3.30pm
21-22 December 10.00am – 3.30pm
As an annual pass holder, entry to the park is free, but the charges for the globe and Santa’s Grotto still apply.
