Why Visit Folly Farm in the Rain

Folly Farm must be Pembrokeshire’s best all weather attraction as there is so much to do even if it is raining (which it does. A lot!). Here is why you SHOULD visit Folly Farm in the rain!

Why Visit Folly Farm in the Rain

The Jolly Barn – meet the animals in their pens and meet some close up at set times throughout the day. Milk a real goat, ‘milk’ some lifesize cow models, play interactive games, let off steam on the indoor play tractors.

Carousel Woods – a huge indoor play structure, as well as several smaller ones for younger children with loads of seating for you to enjoy your picnic or a coffee and snack in the kiosk there. The Burger Bar has tons of indoor seating for you to enjoy your meal.

Why Visit Folly Farm in the Rain

Indoor Vintage Fair – don’t be fooled thinking it is all for little ones! There are some pretty hardcore rides including The Twister, Walzers and The Caterpillar as well as the stunning Carousel, a full size bumper car ring and lots of rides suitable for the tiniest tots. All rides are extra and paid for with tokens which you purchase for 50p each. Even the thrill rides are only 2 tokens each.

Jugglestruck Show in The Follies Theatre – a fun packed magic show for all ages.

All these amazing attractions make Folly Farm and Zoo the best place to visit all year round – and with an annual pass you can do that for pennies! After just three visits you have covered the cost of your pass – and go just once a month for the year and you are only paying just Β£3.75 per visit – and even less for your children and any senior guests!

Talk about value for money – I think it is pretty fantastic!

Don’t forget when the rain does ease you can get out to have a peep at the only lions and giraffes in Wales, the penguins, Rhino, monkeys, zebra and loads more animals.
