A little Mamma Time in Puglia

Mummy says…. I am as I write this, having a little Mamma time in Puglia, Italy with my eldest daughter MiMi. This is the first time we have been away together, without my other children, and although it feels very strange it is also lovely to have some quality time with MiMi who is 21…..

A little Mamma Time in Puglia

We are staying in a beautiful villa with Bookings For You, just outside Ostuni. I have never visited Italy before but have fallen madly in love with it – as i knew I would. It has been 22 degrees today – what a wonderful treat for us!

I am enjoying this week, so not blogging as much – my first break in over four years! I think I deserve it too!

Look out for my updates across my social media – Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, and my full blog review posts over the next couple of weeks.

I am off to eat my own body weight in pasta, drink a little local vino and sit back and listen to the beautiful Italian accent. As well as a pasta making master class, a scooter and Fiat Cinquciento adventure and more! We have a hire car and have already been out and about and will head off to explore again towards the end of the week.

If you are starting to think about your holiday abroad this year, have a look at Bookings for You for the most stunning villas in Italy and France.

Ciao, see you soon!

We are guests of Bookings For You for this break.

  1. It looks absolutely amazing and so glad you are having a great time! I love Italy! Please bring the sun back with you! 🙂 Sim x

  2. Sounds like a lovely holiday. I took my eldest on a trip last year for a few days, just the two of us. He was only 6 at the time, but it was still nice to have some time just with him for the first time since his little brother was born.

  3. Sounds like the perfect break. We went to Croatia last summer for a music festival and it was fantastic to spend time as a couple. I really want to go to Italy – it’s on my bucket list!

  4. Oh this looks beautiful. I quite fancy a mini break to Italy myself it would be bliss.
