The Perfect Family Holiday with TG Ski

The Perfect Family Holiday with TG Ski

Pickle says….Mummy has told me all about an amazing trip she went on recently to Morzine with TG Ski to check it out as a holiday for families. In this post, we are going to talk about the chalet itself and the facilities.

I’ve been dreaming of everything she told me, and here’s how I think our holiday as a family would go…..

The Perfect Family Holiday with TG Ski

After only a one hour 15 minute flight from Gatwick, we would arrive at Geneva Airport and travel by minibus to Morzine. It is about an hour and 40 minutes away.

As we would have had a late afternoon flight, dinner is cooked for us by the resident chef, what is wonderful is that he (and the chalet host) would be so friendly, but they would only be in the chalet at meal times. We would never feel awkward with them there. Mum meanwhile would have a glass or two of wine and unpack for us. Dinner would be cooked in the chalet where we could relax and even get into our pyjamas if we wanted to! I could chill with the TV whilst teen bro and sis start practising their ski skills on the Play Station!

We would have a wonderful nights sleep in the super comfy beds and in the morning Mummy would have a rare coffee in bed, brought to her by the chalet host. Breakfast would be prepared and cooked for us while we showered or bathed.

The ski rental guys would arrive to measure the teens up. This would be so awesome as it would mean they wouldn’t have to trek to the store and wait to be fitted. They would also come at the end of our holiday to take the kit back.

We would head out to the slopes – the teens would have a ski lesson booked and Mummy would look at taking me sledging. To be honest, just being in the snow would be enough! We would have a snowball fight and meet with the teens for lunch. As most people are out on the slopes or exploring during the day TGSki wouldn’t provide lunch, so we would eat at a traditional type restaurant in Morzine.

After lunch we would head back to the chalet for a dip in the hot tub whilst dinner was being prepared for us again.

We would have the most delicious three course dinner, and the chef would explain to Mummy which wine is the best for each course. There would be vegetarian options for each meal so Mummy would be very happy.

We would sleep SO well in the chalet every night. All that fresh air and being out in the snow would make us so tired!

The great thing about a luxury chalet holiday is that you don’t have to be a skier to appreciate it. There is so much else to do such as:

Visiting the local swimming pool with spa and steam room and dedicated children’s pool.

Taking a cable car ride.

Skidooing

Sledging – several shops sell good value sledges in Morzine.

Ice Skating.

Fairground carousel in the centre of Morzine.

Walking around Morzine.

Walking along the slopes.

Land train around Morzine.

Mummy has never been to a chalet before and had never considered taking us on a holiday to one. After her trip with TG Ski she is seriously wanting to go back with us all to enjoy a perfect family holiday.

So here are the reasons why TG Ski are absolute top for providing luxury chalets for families:

PlayStation and WiFi provided.

Hot tub.

Chef will make cookies / pizza or do similar activities with the children.

Childcare in chalet.

Resident Chef making and serving Breakfast and Dinner.

Wake up drinks brought to your bedroom if you want.

Fridge stocked with chocolate, beer, water and Coca Cola.

Wine and Port are included.

Ski room downstairs.

A lift to all floors.

Ensuite bathrooms with bathrobes, towels and toiletries provided.

A family holiday with TG Ski gives you the chance to have real quality time to spend with each other in a luxurious, private, relaxed environment. No cooking or washing up or cleaning or tidying up. A real treat in the most beautiful of surroundings.

Mummy highly recommends TG Ski for top service, quality and thinking of absolutely everything for the perfect holiday.
