Pickle says……Mother’s Day in America is this Sunday, here in the UK we celebrated in in March. I am gong to all American and call mum mom! You get a chance to thank your mom and show your feelings with flowers. This is such a special day for that special lady in your life. Why not send her a lovely bouquet of flowers to show your appreciation and say how much you love her.

Mother's Day

It could be your foster mother or step-mother or even a fantastic grandma in your life, you can make them feel loved and cherished and make the day even more magical with some wonderful pretty flowers.

The most popular flowers

Make sure to choose a beautiful bouquet for your mom. Take the time to choose the flowers and the colours carefully, based on what she loves. Your mom may prefer lilies, is crazy about tulips or just adores roses. Some of the most popular flower arrangements are made of carnations, roses, daffodils, chrysanthemums, tulips, lily and foliage plants.

You can look online to look for mother’s day flowers and you will find so many choices and options.

In just a few clicks some beautiful flowers can be on the way to your lovely mom!

Add your personal touch by writing a little quote or a few words straight from your heart.  Why not write a sweet little poem for your mum or draw her a picture – that’s what I do!

Celebrate Mother’s Day this year surrounding your mom with the colours and scent of beautiful flowers.

You can then entertain your mum with some fun ideas and special activities.

1.Arrive early, and after surprising her with the flowers, you could prepare her a nice

and healthy breakfast.

2. Take her out to a restaurant for lunch or plan a picnic at her favourite spot in a peaceful park.

3. Take your mom to her favourite boutique and let her choose something.

4. If she loves gardening, spend time with her in her garden to give her a helping hand.

5. You can throw a tea party for her in the evening and invite all her friends.

6. If your mom loves baking, spend time with her in the kitchen and bake a cake or some cookies together.

Whatever you do, make sure you create some wonderful memories together. Your mom will hold those loving memories in her heart and always remember this Mother’s Day.

Happy Mother’s Day if you celebrating it this weekend, wherever you are!
