The Tengi App Verdict

Regular readers will know that Mummy has been trying out a new messaging app – Tengi with some of her blogger friends. After using it for a couple of weeks, here is how she got on:

I have had great fun using Tengi – the messaging app with a bit of a difference, you earn tickets as you use it which are entered into a weekly prize draw where you can win up to £10,000 cash!

The app was easy to install and use, and when someone in your phone contacts downloads the app too, they automatically show in your Tengi contacts and you earn 16 tickets!

You can chat one to one, as with a text message, and also send a photo, your location, a video or audio message. I loved that you can make a group of your contacts and all message together. Such a time saver!

As a part of #TengiBloggers I have been part of a group of bloggers and we have been having a bit of fun sending each other cheesy jokes to cheer each other up! As well as our take on a recent craze of #sellotapeselfies as responsible parent bloggers we taped up our favourite (or annoying) toy  instead!

You can read more about the Tengi app in my first post, and on the Tengi website.

My lovely blogger friends Zena, Melissa, and Aby have also been part of #TengiBloggers why not pop over and see what they thought of the Tengi App?

So, my Tengi App Verdict? It is a great alternative to other messaging apps, not only is is completely free, easy to use and has the great facility of being able to set up different group chats, you also have the chance to win £10,000!

Why not give it a try?

  1. I think my only grouse about it, is that it’s not yet available outside the UK.

  3. I tend to use whatsapp but the chance to win may convert me to swap

  6. This app sounds like fun. I will be trying this out.

  7. I’ve been using Tengi for a while now – I find it a bit glitchy on my phone to be honest which is a shame.

  8. Another messenger to try. I usually use whatsapp and viber but yeah, why not give tengi a try. 🙂
