Mummy has been looking for a new winter jacket for a while, so was thrilled to be asked to review a Trespass womens jacket.
Mummy wanted a down feather coat, and the Cinders Womens Down Jacket that she chose is super warm because it is filled with 80% Down and 20% feather filling. This means it keeps Mummy’s body heat in, and keeps her really warm and toasty.
It is waterproof too and has a TP50 rating. Mummy has worn it out in some quite heavy showers and it has kept her warm and dry. She loves the full hood that the jacket has, it stays up well and completely covers Mummy’s head and hair.
The jacket has a downproof lining – meaning that the down and feathers shouldn’t escape from inside. Mummy has had a couple peep through, but she gently pulled them out without damaging the jacket at all.
Mummy chose her jacket in black, it also comes in Pansy (a bright pink) and Wildberry (a gorgeous purple). The jacket has two pockets and an inside pocket, and has a front zip.
It is available in sizes XXS to XXL. Mummy chose a XXL which is supposed to be an 18 – and it is a snug fit. She couldn’t wear a thick jumper underneath and zip the jacket up – but then she doesn’t need to because of the down and feather filling. Other jackets she has in a size 18 are a loose fit for Mummy, so she suggests you buy a size bigger than you would normally buy.
This gorgeous jacket is normally £149.99 but is on sale for £45.99 – what a bargain! There are lots of great jackets and coats on the Trespass website – they do mens and childrens too so make sure you pop over and have a look! As well as clothing, Trespass sell all sorts of equipment for camping, snow sports, cycling and a load of other activities too.
