Project 365 32/52

Monday – It was Grandad’s Birthday. We went to a lovely Beefeater for a meal. Drier, sunnier day. Still some big back clouds though, which looked like rain so we went to a huge shopping park nearby.

Tuesday – We travelled home from our camping trip, and had a much better journey than the way up!

Wednesday – Luke is 13! We went to Carmarthen for the day – Daddy came too, to take him to see Antman at the cinema. I became poorly in the evening, I had a very high temperature, and was rambling on about nonsense 🙁

Thursday – I woke at 4.45am crying and boiling hot. Mummy took me to the doctors in the morning – my throat is red, but I haven’t got tonsillitis thank goodness. I keep telling Mummy ‘My mouth hurts.’ My first proper sore throat, and it is horrible. We dropped Lea in town to meet her friend, and Nana, Mummy and poorly me went to Narberth, just for an hour. We then went home, I just flopped about the house.

Friday – Sunny day – still chill breeze though. We went to Amroth with MeeMee and Nana, then Mummy had an email inviting us to Bluestone Wales again! Today! We dashed home, threw our stuff in the car and went, arriving early evening.

Saturday – Waking up in Bluestone was great. The beds are sooo comfy. The day started sunny, then clouded over – rained a bit, then came lovely and warm and sunny again! I had a great timein the Circus Zone room. Mummy picked up MeeMee and Nana in the morning, and Matt and his girlfriend H joined us in the afternoon. we went to Camp Smokey and had smores.

Sunday – cloudy in the morning but did get sunny. Nana and Grandad came over and we had lunch in the Knights Tafarn. We then went on the nature trail walk to Camp Smokey, and introduced Grandad to the smores! We met Daddy at the Blue Lagoon and had such a fun time swimming and splashing around.

Monday – we had to pack up and leave. (not before I explored my new Lego set!) we parked the car and went back into Bluestone village for a drink and cake. it started to rain so we left, we went to Nana’s as Mummy had a couple of things to do.

Tuesday – Mummy worked so I went to Nanas. MeeMee has a sore throat now and is poorly. chilly day – torrential rain in the morning.

Wednesday – we were going to go to Oakwood, but MeeMee wasn’t well enough. We chilled at home, the weather was awful – rained all day. chilly too. Summer has gone, we think. Mummy did some bits and bobs.

Thursday – Better day – ended up quite sunny and nice. We spent the morning at home, MeeMee had to sort out her stuff for going back to Bristol. We had another little go at potty training (not a success). We all then went to Heatherton for a couple of hours – it was the busiest e have ever seen it. I had a lovely time playing in the play area, then we popped to Tesco, then home.

Friday – We took MeeMee back to Bristol to her new house she is sharing with nine others! It was a long day, but we had a good trip to Ikea too to get her some new stuff- we LOVE this store! Look at this cute little chair!

  2. Hope you’re feeling much better now. Sore throats are really horrid :(. Glad you’re having a very nice time at Bluestone though. I keep hearing very nice things about it!

  3. Glad you had a better journey back – hate motorway delays. How fab to be invited away at the last minute like that – I love the idea of packing up my son in the car and doing that on the spur of the moment.
