Lumino Mirror Review

Mummy was recently asked to review a gorgeous light-up mirror – the illuminated LED Lesto from Lumino Mirrors.

Over to Mummy …

‘The mirror arrived well packed in polystyrene, and covered in a protective film. I could tell it was good quality by the weight and feel of it – it is solid, not at all flimsy.

The mirror lights up with 3 AAA batteries, which easily pop in the bottom of the mirror. There is an On/Off switch there too. The mirror has ten LED lights – five on each side.

They are seriously bright lights, but because they are on the side, they did not dazzle or distract me at all.

The mirror is 300mm wide x 450mm high x 40mm deep and made of 5mm high quality glass – tempered for extra strength. You can hang it both ways and the fittings are supplied. Because I am going to need help (my fathers drill basically) to hang it, I propped the mirror in my daughters bedroom, on her draw unit.

As you can see, it looks great – my daughter is thrilled, at 15, she uses a mirror a lot – and she can’t believe the difference the lights make.

Left – without lights. Right – with lights. Sorry for the close ups :/

I can’t believe it either – it makes a huge difference – and this was in daylight too. At night, and on dark  mornings, it will be a godsend to her.

The Lesto Mirror retails at £79.99 with FREE Delivery, a 10 Year Warranty, and a no quibble returns policy from Lumino Mirrors and I have to say, it is worth every penny.’
