My Easter Holidays

Here are my last two weeks – My Easter Holidays! and Project 365 weeks 14-15/52

easter holidays

Sunday 29 March – We spent most of the day travelling to Manchester, stopping to see family on the way. This is me and MeeMee with my mummy’s cousins wife, Katie and her daughter. We are staying at The Trafford Centre, at a Premier Inn.

Tuesday 31 March – I have to share two photos! More shopping, (and chocolate!) I loved this car that you can hire at the shopping centre. At night, Lea and Amy went to see Charli XCX, and Lea had this amazing photo with her. (Charli wrote and sings Boom Clap from ‘The Fault in our Stars’, recently had a hit with Rita Ora, and supported Katy Perry on tour)

easter holidays
Wednesday 1 April – We went to Sealife, then went to see Great Nana again. She was coming to spend the day with us, but last week she fell in her home, and banged her face, giving her a big black eye and bruised face. She refused to come out ‘looking like that!’ We went to Legoland late afternoon.

Thursday 2 April – We travelled home, after I enjoyed another fab breakfast! It was a loooong journey with lots of traffic.
Friday 3 April – We picked Bella up, she had been at a friends, and took her on the beach. It was SO cold.

Saturday 4 April – It started off cold. Lea and mummy walked Bella, I stayed home with Luke watching CBBC. It then turned lovely – warm and sunny, so we headed to beach with MeeMee, Oz and Bella.

Sunday 4 April – Easter Sunday. I had a great Easter Egg hunt, and a great day. You can read all about it here. A lovely lunch, a lovely day.

Monday 6 April – we went to Folly Farm, one of my favourite places. We were guests, to review it. It was SO warm and sunny – like summer. it was PACKED. I am enjoying spending time with MeeMee whilst she is home.

Tuesday 7 April – Mummy worked, I went to Nana’s. It was a gorgeous warm sunny day. We went for a walk when mummy picked me up, we then had a chippy tea.

Wednesday 8 April – We went to The Dinosaur Park – also to review it. I have never been, and we had a GREAT day. Warm and sunny – not quite as warm.

Thursday 9 April  – We went to Tenby with Nana. Warm and sunny day again.

Saturday 11 April – MeeMees last day 🙁 We had a lovely day out at Stackpole. Oz met us there and Nana came too. We started at the walled garden cafe, then walked through the ancient woodland with Bella, before heading to the Quay to have lunch at The Boathouse. Sunny day, but really chilly wind.

So, I have had a brilliant Easter holidays, travelling for a little holiday to start, then enjoying so many local days out.

How was your Easter?

Poor Great Nana I hope she is ok, 94 is an amazing age.
You are one lucky little boy with all these might days out to review.

    • ps chocolate covered children in toys that are shared by other children are an awful pain when you have allergy children, Bob could never risk going in these types of toys for he very reason you display in the picture…….
