Weather

A lot of rain. Odd nice days but not many. We had a beautiful day on 4 February, and all went to the beach for a walk.

Highs

Our blog was 4 Years Old on 1st February – we are so thrilled with this awesome milestone.

We had our first dusting of snow on the 7th. A tiny dusting but my first sight of snow!

I had his first school dinner on Monday 12th. I loved it and have had dinners every day since.

We worked with Kia and reviewed a fabulous Sportage for half term.

Lea had her Uni interview and audition and smashed it. She has an unconditional offer which she has accepted.

Half  Term was 19 February. We went to Bath for a few days and brought Nan and Grandad with us. MiMi (biggest sister) and Lewis came over for two nights to stay too. We had a fantastic time.

From Bath Mummy drove up to Manchester and we visited Great Nana in the new care home that she is now in. She is 97 and almost died last month. She looked amazing!! We loved the chance to spend some unexpected time with her.

I had a friends birthday party on 27th.

Lows

The nine hour journey home from Manchester via Bristol. What was Mummy thinking saying she would drop MiMi home!! We got caught up in so many traffic jams.

Mummy’s car cost over £900 to fix. Enough said.

How was your February?

  1. I am with you on car trouble, I hit a pothole and still waiting for the bill!! Well done Lea on your uni interview – Kian got 3 unconditional offers but typically has chosen the uni that need the most points

  2. Car troubles and traffic jams are the worst!
February was very quick though. Cant even remember what I did for it.

  3. It’s a shame February was so wet, but it looks like you still had a good month :)

  4. Seems like you’ve had a rather positive month! Although the traffic and car bill are a nightmare, we had to get a new car 2 days before Christmas as it was too much to fix our old one compared to how much it was actually worth x

  6. I’m still waiting on a quote for getting the car fixed – not looking forward to that one at all! Bath looks absolutely beautiful, hope yo all had a good time x

  7. Ouch that is an awful car bill! It sounds like you’ve all had a generally good February. Congratulations to Lea and Happy 4 year blog Birthday. 4 years is an amazing achievement.

  8. Gah dont start with car troubles, not only have we just got one issue sorted but now it looks like we might have a fuel leak!
