A Healthier Mummy with GymCube

Mummy says…I am SO unfit. Exercise is at the bottom of my VERY long To Do List. I have been looking at myself over the last few weeks and feeling increasingly unhappy. I am a huge procrastinator and need oodles of motivation, so I was over the moon when GymCube contacted me to see if I would like to work with them and sign up to their online community to increase my fitness, improve my diet and lose weight!

A Healthier Mummy with GymCube

GymCube has over 40,000 members, and is perfect for me because it has everything I need in one place to help me. There are three brand new plans –

Extreme Weight Loss (lose up to 1 stone in 30 days)
Slim & Tone (drop a dress size in 6 weeks)
Strengthen & Define (for those wanting the take their body to the next level)
I have decided to do the Slim & Tone Plan – with a view to dropping a dress size for Christmas and our holiday to Disney Land Paris. I love that once the plan finishes, I move on to the #GCLifestyle Guide which helps me to have a healthier lifestyle, teaching me about nutrition, training and lifestyle.

Once I had signed up I had the option to set my goals, choose my fitness lifestyle level and state any exercise equipment I have. I love this because from the start, GymCube knows exactly where I am at. Which is pretty much nowhere at the moment!

My info currently – my goal is for weight loss / fat loss. Working for myself and from home, I have a sedentary lifestyle. I have absolutely no exercise equipment, oh, only a chair! I would say I am at Fitness level 1. It couldn’t be much worse could it?

Here is why I am looking forward to starting this journey with GymCube:

I have access to a Support coach – Coach Kev, who is a Reebok Master Trainer, with over 10 years experience as a personal trainer. I can contact him via Live Chat on the GymCube website to answer questions, give advice and encourage me.

It is an easy to follow plan which fits in to my busy life and one I can access at the best times to suit me.

I have total access to my dashboard where I can take progress photos to see how I am doing.

I would love you to join me on my journey, why don’t you sign up to and we can motivate each other?

Just visit the GymCube website via this link to join today!

  1. I know what you mean about exercise being the last thing on my mind. What with mothering, blogging, vlogging I ain’t got no time for that. I would love to start practising yoga x
