Peugeot 5008

Peugeot 5008 Allure Review

We were lucky enough to have a gorgeous Peugeot 5008 for a week last summer to take us on some of our adventures.

Being a family of five we have had a people carrier for years for the extra room, but ours is very old now. It was an absolute dream to have the Peugeot 5008 to use.

Peugeot 5008

We loved the Peugeot 3008 which took us to France last May, and honestly didn’t think we could have a better car. Until we had the 5008. We had the 5008 Allure BlueHDi Auto model. It was Shark Grey with black leather seats.

The quality of Peugeot is top class, with every gadget and luxury you can think of. There was loads of room, and with the two seats tucked away in the boot, it gave us a massive space which took our six man tent, camping gear, pushchair and clothes etc with no problem at all.

The main features of the car are:

Panoramic Glass Roof with electric shutter blind

Rear tinted windows

18″ Alloy Wheels

Reversing Camera

Peugeot Connect Navigation with colour sat nav

Colour Head Up Display – this is a really clever clear retractable screen which displays the speed and navigation directions (if Mummy is using sat nav) in a position in front of Mummy so she doesn’t have to take her eyes off the road.

Automatic Electric Brake with Hill Assist

Parking space sensors

Automatic headlights and automatic rain sensing front wipers. These were awesome features which impressed us children a lot!

A large storage compartment between the front seats which is large enough for large bottles of pop – it keeps them cool too!

Plus all the usual features you would expect from a car like this such as:

Air Conditioning

Cruise Control

Electric windows all round

Electric folding mirrors

Front fog lights

Mummy was so impressed with the car, it was easy to drive and park. It was the perfect family car for us.
