Hello 2017! We have changed how we record our days – we have kept a daily diary in the form of Project 365 and then Photo a Day for over two and a half years up till last October, and switched to more weekly round ups from November. It is lovely to look back on, but a lot of work to keep up with. So welcome to our Weekly Catch Up to start the New Year.
This week has been another quiet one here with Mummy still poorly. The big events were my cousin turning 21 on Monday, and MeeMee becoming very ill in Laos with food poisoning. She seemed to get better, then was extremely poorly and was to ill to travel home. She was supposed to fly into Heathrow on Saturday morning, but she is still in Laos at the moment. Mummy has been worried sick about her. Lea has got better, thank goodness and doesn’t have Glandular Fever.
Last Sunday we went out for lunch with Daddy, then had a family meal in the evening for Matt’s birthday. School was ok this week, and on Friday I came home with a certificate for working very hard, trying new things and not giving up. I have also been asking to go to the toilet in Welsh!
Weather wise, we had beautiful sunrises on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, but it was grey and absolutely freezing on Thursday. Mummy had lunch with her blogger friend Mel on Thursday. Friday was freezing too and grey again, raining all night. Saturday started very wet, but turned into a beautiful day. Sunny, bright and warmer too. I had a friends birthday party at my favourite play centre, I wrote their names myself – the first time I have written something other than my name. I had my face painted as BatMan because I had my new BatMan jacket on. Makes a change from Spider Man 😉
We had a little walk around Tenby before it started to rain again.
How has your week been?
