C’est La Vie with lights by TENA

Bladder weakness is such a common condition – especially following child birth, and it is certainly nothing to worry or be embarrassed about. It is a very common occurrence, with 1 in 3 women experiencing it but if you suffer, fear not, help is out there!

C'est La Vie with lights by TENA

Now you can say C’est La Vie to any Oooops moments with lights by TENA, as they are now 5 times drier than before and contain FeelFresh Technology™ to lock in moisture and control odour. They are specifically designed for unexpected little leaks, which can happen all the more after childbirth.

Oooops moments can happen at any time – after four children, I have had a few myself – thank goodness not that often, but let’s just say I can no longer jump on a trampoline! I have also been caught out during a coughing or sneezing attack.

lights by TENA are hosting a Facebook competition inviting their fans to share their own Oooops moment for a chance to win up to seven prizes. The prizes include six £100 Debenhams vouchers and a grand prize of a spa break for 2. Winners will be announced on a weekly basis.

You can enter to win by commenting on the Facebook post inviting you to enter. You must share an Oooops Moment that you have experienced to qualify your entry. This can be anything from a clothes mishap, an embarrassing mum moment (we all have them!) to a light bladder weakness story. The idea is to encourage conversation around any such embarrassing moments to normalise light bladder weakness, and to highlight the fact that so many women suffer with it! It is perfectly normal and so common, so if you suffer ladies, you are far from alone!

  3. I’m not in this position but I do know of people who are and I am glad its being talked about as it shouldn’t be such a secret x

  4. It is definitely something that no one really tells you about during pregnancy or post partum is it and still so taboo sadly.

  5. Tena seems to have come on so far over the years – I remember we got stranded abroad and I came on my period (our luggage was with the airline so the precautions I had packed were gone) and the only thing I could buy was tena they were absolutely huge and so uncomfortable. So good to know for those who need them they are more comfortable.

  6. I seem to have escaped this luckily – though it’s great that there are such fab products out there to help!

  8. After having three children my bladder isn’t once what it was either. Often caught in a sneezing and coughing fit… Opps moments happen. Personally I think Tena Lady products are a life saver 🙂 xx

  9. Ahh this is something that worries me so much – I’ve had three children, I feel like I am going to need these soon! At least they work and are discreet so I suppose it could be worse!

  14. When Myself and my mates all have a giggle there’s at least two of us crossed legged saying; ‘ don’t I’m going to pee!’. The things us women go through!
